Returns + Exchanges

At MagicKeyboard.Store, we are committed to ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

General Return & Exchange Guidelines

• Eligibility: Products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition, and with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Some items, including but not limited to opened, used, or custom-made products, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. For a full list of non-returnable items, please refer to the “Non-Returnable Items” section below.
• Initiating a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via our Contact Page or email us at info@magickeyboard.store. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and if you’re not, we make it easy to return your product.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
• Timeline: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a replacement or refund.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to info@magickeyboard.store within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Packaging: Once you’ve received your RMA, securely pack the product in its original packaging. Ensure all original accessories and parts are included.
3. Return Shipping: Ship the return to the address provided in the RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customer Responsibility: If the return is not due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, item is damaged), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Free Returns: If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or simply want a different model or color, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

• The item must be in new, unused condition and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Exchanges are only available for items of the same or higher value. If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, we will invoice you for the difference.

Exchange Process:

1. Contact Us: To request an exchange, contact us at info@magickeyboard.store. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your exchange request, we will provide an RMA number and return instructions.
3. Return the Item: Return the original item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped.
4. Receive the Exchange: Once the returned item is inspected and accepted, we will ship out the exchange item. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by the customer unless the error is ours.

Exchange Shipping Costs:

• For exchanges that are not due to a defect or mistake on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used items (unless defective)
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software
• Personalized/custom-made items
• Items on clearance or final sale

If you receive a non-returnable item in a damaged or defective state, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take quality seriously. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Email us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@magickeyboard.store.
2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective item and packaging (if applicable) to help us assess the issue.
3. Replacement or Refund: Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Important Notes:

• We reserve the right to ask for the return of the defective item before issuing a replacement or refund.
• Shipping fees for defective items are fully covered by MagicKeyboard.Store.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return requirements, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Refunds will only include the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

Processing Time

• Return Processing Time: Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
• Exchange Processing Time: Exchanges are typically shipped within 7-10 business days after the original item is returned.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
